Half day –3 hours – 4 year nationally recognised certificate

The Mental Health in the Workplace awareness course is ideal for most businesses whose identified that they require a larger number of employees trained but with a basic understanding of mental ill health.

This course is available as a ProTrainings CPD certified qualification.

Course Curriculum:

  • The difference between mental health and mental ill health
  • Describe components of mental well being and how it relates to resilience
  • Understand risk factors associated with mental ill health can lead to problems in the workplace
  • Be able to recognise how mental health problems can affect day to day living
  • Understanding causes of stress and knowing how stress can stem from influences resulting from work
  • Be able to understand different types of mental health- Depression and Anxiety.

10+ Candidates £55 each

1 day – 6 hours – 4 year nationally recognised certificate

The Mental Health in the Workplace Level 2 Award is ideal for most businesses whose risk assessment has identified that they require a fully trained mental health first aider for their workplace.

This course is available as a ProTrainings CPD certified qualification.

The content of this and all our courses has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and comes with a Certified CPD Statement as well as Certificate.

  • The difference between mental health and mental ill health
  • Describe components of mental well being and how it relates to resilience
  • Understand risk factors associated with mental ill health can lead to problems in the workplace
  • Be able to recognise how mental health problems can affect day to day living
  • Understanding the impact of Stigma and Discrimination towards Mental Health

  • Be able to understand the difference between Anxiety and having a Panic Attack and Depression

2 days – 12 hours – 4 year nationally recognised certificate

The Bereavement and Mental Health Awareness course in the Workplace Level 3 Award is ideal for most businesses who have identified that they require all employees trained with a basic understanding of how to support someone through a bereavement.

  • Define bereavement and grief
  • Define and analyse 2 main grief theory models
  • Tips on how to support the bereaved
  • Tips on how to communicate with the bereaved.
  • Define mental health and mental ill health.

  • Look at how to support someone with mental ill health

1 days – 6 hours – 3 year nationally recognised certificate

The Loss and Bereavement Awareness full qualification is ideal for businesses who have identified that they require their employees or managers to have a full understanding of bereavement support within the workplace.

This course is available as a ProTrainings CPD certified qualification.
